If you want to visit Lipa city this is the only hotel within the city proper. Unfortunately, while the hotel is an acceptable budget hotel, it is infested with cockroaches. (It’s serious.) The staff are doing their best to keep the rooms clean and disinfected, but getting rid of them has proven an impossible task so far. Lipa city is well worth visiting, but you should come prepared with large plastic bags to keep your belongings protected. We were able to last two nights, and are glad we stuck it through. Lipa is a great city. (I hate to leave a bad review for anyone, so keep in mind that I wrote this in February 2024 and things might be better when you decide to come here. Let’s hope so.) If you are also planning to visit Batangas city, the Meaco Royal Hotel here is free from roaches and a very good stay at a reasonable price, (we are here now and it’s a delight.) The hotel franchise locations all seem to be identical in every way. Friendly staff all around.

Very good and comfy room,hot water. In spite of being on a crowded road downtown,very silent too. The only turn-off could be that there is no elevator to reach the floors,but nothing major if one doesnt mind. Ms.Miu at the reception is lovely.

Nice place to stay. The room is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and attentive on my needs. The location is in the heart of the city so it's so easy to stroll on the nearby restaurants. Transportation is also accessible on the nearby street.

Rooms are big, we avail the VIP room however there's no fridge. Also, our unit is on the 3rd floor and they don't have an elevator so it's very tiring. But its a good place to stay.

Nice hotel in the poblacion area of Lipa Batangas, its one jeepney ride to Robinsons Lipa. The staff are friendly and accomodating, room is clean and very cool, the toilet and bathroom is very spacious. I guess they need to upsell their coffee(?) bar or resto, the other meaco hotels have a menu list inside the rooms. Overall, I'll definitely go back here, good job! 👍

No parking, awful staff service where i left a piece of shirt doesn't return at all after my follow-up. No response for their client concern.

The place is clean and nice. A bit of a climb because there are no elevators and parking is rather hard because I parked near the streets. However, budget wise, the place has it's charm. Ready to accommodate weary travellers or a family on vacation. Plus, they have WiFi, flat screen TV, basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste and a hot shower, that is convenience enough!
